Initial Consultation

In your initial appointment, we will spend up to 2 hours, in which time, I will get to know you by diving deep into understanding your current symptoms, your personality, your medical history, family history, lifestyle, dietary habits, traumas, fears, and more to discover what your body is telling us.

After we are finished, if needed, I will spend several hours going over everything we discussed to uncover the similarities that give me a clear understanding of which homeopathic remedy can help your body heal itself.

I will then create a personalized care plan just for you that will include your remedy instructions and any other health and lifestyle recommendations based on your current needs.

My goal is to have your care plan ready for you within 24hrs. (Please note - complex cases can take longer, and my biggest priority is to do my best to help you).

Follow-Ups

Follow-up appointments are vital in homeopathic care, as they offer important insights into your healing process. In these sessions, I'll assess how you respond to the remedy and make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan, including changing remedies when needed.

Follow-up visits will vary depending on the condition, but in the beginning there should be several follow-ups scheduled 3-4 weeks apart. Consistency is extremely important at the beginning for treatment to be successful, so consistent follow-ups are the way to achieve good results.

Once your body is a more balanced state, follow-ups will be less frequent, though this may vary based on your individual case. Those who "stick with" their homeopathic treatments consistently get the best results.

For acute illnesses like colds, flus, minor coughs, fevers, ear infections, sore throats, as well as healing after injuries such as sprains, strains, bruises, and pre-/post-surgery, I offer convenient 15 - 30 minute virtual or phone consultations.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment has been reserved especially for you. If you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the visit fee.
